Global Partner Services
We fully recognize the potential of our collective competencies where you as our partner can create extra value for customers by customizing our SaaS solutions. The IT FACTORY Global Partner Service has been established to assist you in customizing and integrating our solutions at customer sites. The GPS offers technical presales support, technical specifications and estimates, customizations, and integration as well as technical training of our Business Partners. This service is available to you at our cost prices and you can decide if you want to keep purchasing the services from the GPS or if you want to develop these skills in-house over time.

Sales Academy
The IT FACTORY Sales Academy is a web-based training program that will take your sales staff through a 2-hour training program teaching them about the sales process of SaaS, our customer value propositions, and the basic functions of our solutions.
