IT FACTORY was established in the summer of 1997. Our business idea was to develop business applications on Lotus Notes platform. The applications where to be tailored and implemented by selected business partners.
From the beginning, it was essential for us that the applications were developed on an architectural and technical foundation that supported easy development, customization, maintenance, and deployment.
Awarded success
Both the business applications and the architecture they were built upon soon became a global success. Today, there are 2,500 IT FACTORY customers worldwide. Over the years, IT FACTORY has received several prestigious IBM Beacon awards for "Best Tools and Architecture" "Best Industrial Solution" and "Highest customer satisfaction"
International expansion
IT FACTORY has maintained an international focus from the very beginning. We put a strong emphasis on having a close cooperation with our business partners representing customers on all continents. This includes making sure that they are always 100% up to speed on our services and products to ensure that the customers always receive the best possible implementation of a solution based on our products.
Improving on a proven formula
Through the years, we have sustained our focus on collaborative business applications for Notes/Domino. However, as technology evolved, we decided in 2004 to add another dimension to the products. That's how our portal applications for IBM Workplace and WebSphere was conceived.
Today we enjoy a close partnership with IBM, which devotedly support our continuous development of the best products on the market for its application servers - Domino and WebSphere. |
